We do make a range of professional headsets that are perfect for the office, including the AC-204ENC and the CA Essential HS-1500BT. The cable is all twisted up! Isn't it supposed to be tangle free? The TuffCords are designed to minimize tangling and damage. If twisting does occur, unplug the headset and you can easily untwist the cord. To prevent twisting we suggest unplugging the headset in between uses. Why can't I hear myself when I talk into the microphone? Most headsets like these do not provide microphone monitoring. For monitoring the microphone playback go into your computer's sound settings and enable playback.
