The S97 system offers four modes: Acoustic, Professional, Pop, and Hip-Hop. In Acoustic mode, Echo is off. Is this a misrepresentation of the design? The speaker uses a diaphragm structure at the back, enhancing sound quality by improving projection and audio accuracy. The open design allows the diaphragm to move freely, boosting acoustics for richer, more dynamic sound. When using two microphones simultaneously, there are occasional dropouts. How can this be fixed? This may be due to frequency interference. Simply press the M button on the headset or the switch on the handheld mic to change the frequency band and resolve the issue. Why is there no sound from the microphone? Please ensure that the MIC.VOL on the speaker is turned on. If it is not, please turn it clockwise to increase the microphone volume. Why is the battery indicator still showing one bar after charging the speaker for several hours? Is the speaker faulty? Please use a charger with an output of 5V-3A for charging. Chargers with an output lower than 2A will charge the device very slowly. It is not an issue with the speaker's battery itself.
