My company purchased this headset for me at our office. I have used headsets in the past and this one failed less than 2 years after purchase with minimal use. I called support and then they put me through to customer service. Because we were past the one year warranty period, we didn't qualify for a replacement. But they are more than happy to sell us a replacement. This is pure garbage and disposable electronics. I would strongly suggest that you move on to a better quality product.
