Works very well, and had good sound - although I use it at 100% volume all the time. I swapped the default earpiece with the included larger one and got an expected increase in volume so sometime I drop to 90%.Initially attached to my Surface Pro 3 with internal Bluetooth, but the range was pretty limited. Using with the included USB adapter, the range is very good - I pace from room to room on lync calls and rarely have issues - when I do there is not sudden drop - just static until I return to range. The Mute button on the mouthpiece is easy to find and use and the audio tones and voice messages going on and off mute, etc. are nice to have as well. The tones to indicate "you are on mute" are good in case I am doing something loud on my side that I want to be sure others don't hear.The power need of the adapter exceeds the SP3's USB 3 output, which is sad and a little surprising. I use it in an externally-powered USB 3 mini hub (Amazon Basics) and it's fine.
