I have been using my Jabra Engage 55, USB-C convertible headset for a few weeks now, from the moment I unboxed it, I found it to be very attractive with a small desktop footprint and an elegant glow from the adaptor. Charging is also fast and easy with the USB lead included.I initially decided to use the headset directly on the ear with the over ear adapter. I found the sound quality to be excellent with no cutting out or audio quality issues. The headset battery lasts for ages although I tend to charge every few days. I did however find that whilst having the headset over one ear despite my best efforts I'd didn't quite sit right and irritated my ear slightly. As a result I resorted to the overhead option which I found to be much more comfortable and stable.The use of the MS Teams button on the headset is also a handy addition and having gotten used to it I find it quicker than using the keyboard for certain tasks.I would highly recommend this item if you are in a position where using a headset for most of the day is essential as it is both comfortable and provides high quality audio.
