I have used several wireless headsets in my years working at call centers. This has been the best by far.The first job where I used this headset, I used the same one for 6+ years. I did not treat this headset well at all and it stood up to me throwing it around. after about 4 years the battery life was down to about 1-2 hours. So I ended up replacing myself, which was much easier than I thought it was going to be.at my current job, I was surprised to find this same model headset. In the office at both jobs I was surprised with the range, considering how many other wireless headsets caused interference. I was able to make it over 200 feet easily. Now that I'm working from home, I'm able to make it 500+ feet before it disconnects.Overall, great sound, the noise canceling works well, fairly cheap and easy to use buttons and set up.
