The customer service team at Plantronics is excellent. When i called my phone company that sold me my phones they told me they couldn't figure out why the headset would not work. One call to plantronics, someone picked up on first ring, and 5 minutes later I had a working headset. After a couple days, I can not even tell that i am wearing it. Depending on your talk time you might have to charge it during lunch, but i have only had to do that once. It goes into standby mode until your phone rings or you dial out then it turns on automatically. I think it is great.
