I really wanted it to be perfect with this headset. It works amazing in a noisy environment - people on the other end don't hear the racket at all. Dogs throwing a fit...no problem. Loud co-worker, 0 impact to your customer on the other end.DECT was the other reason I got this. Range baby, it has RANGE! The range comes into play when you are using USB. If you are using Bluetooth, you are limited to Bluetooth range. But if you hook up via USB and thus are using DECT wireless….well I couldn’t find anywhere around here that it didn’t work perfectly.It's light weight and comfortable to wear all day - not to mention the battery lasts all day hooked to Bluetooth on my cell and USB to my computer and talking 5 or so hours. Controls are easy to find, and the busy light is handy once the folks around you realize that red means your busy. Comfy on the ear pads work well for me.I also really liked the "mute on mic up" function. Didn't even realize I would need/like that but it is super handy as I can never remember where the right button is and end up hanging up on people.Only one flaw, and for me it's a dealbreaker, but for others may not matter as long as you know going in. When you have the headset based plugged into your laptop it by default becomes the primary audio device for call. All fine and dandy. However, it does not release the audio back to your laptop when you turn off the headset. So headset is turned off and sitting in the base - - and all your sound is going to the headset which is doing nothing with it. You can't hear anything in this scenario, it's like your computer is muted.
