This headset was purchase with a good discount so I think it's still a good deal ($7OUSD open box)PROS:Good audio quality for calls, not much for music listeningVolume and voice clarity are good but not the best, may be tweaked on android with an EQ appHeadset feels very comfortable, materials are very high quality, despite being almost all plastic, weight is medium, super soft earpads, I think the material is real leather but I may be wrongCONS: This headset can withstand 2 or maybe 3 days of 8hr workshift with ANC off, I expected a little more from a UC headset. Also does not turn off automatically due to inactivity by default, not sure if this can be enabledBattery notification start very early when still 8hrs of battery. A voice telling "Pleae recharge headset" every 15-30min, really annoying during callsPERSONAL CONS:Earpads are comfortable but these are over ear and push your ears to make contact with your head all the time, making you sweat on a hot environmentI'm used to work with left side Mic, this one is right side and cannot be switchedFolding/unfolding Mic not always switches mute when unfolding and not always displays status icon on Windows, only when on a callANC is enabled everytime you the device on and is very strong, too much for me**NOTE**: 563 model does not come with bluetooth USB dongle, however it's included on the 560 or can be bought separately.
