The EARTEC HUB Full Duplex Wireless Intercom System provides full duplex wireless communication to larger production staffs that need to stay in constant voice contact while working with their hands. This versatile Mini Base weighs only 9 oz. and can either be placed strategically “on location” or belt worn. When clipped comfortably to the user’s waist this digital repeater moves seamlessly with your group allowing crews to talk simultaneously within a 300-yard range. Full Duplex Wireless System The HUB distributes the signals of up to 8 Eartec wireless headsets, creating a full duplex, open line talking pattern. Available systems include the HUB and your choice of 6, 7 or 8 UltraLITE wireless headsets. Built-In Operating Channels Two operating channels are built-into the HUB circuitry so that separate groups of four can talk privately. Pressing the CH button creates an eight-person conference channel. Add a wired headset to the HUB to increase the users to 9 total. Two Charging Options Use the rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery or AC wall plug (both included) to charge your HUB. The battery can be charged externally, is field replaceable, and also charges when installed in the HUB during operation under wall current. Protect Your Headsets Eartec’s Softside Case will keep your wireless system stored safely. Constructed of waterproof nylon this headset bag/case includes internal compartments so the headsets stay organized. Easily transport your entire Eartec HUB headset system with you everywhere you go! Expandable to 16 Wireless Users When a larger talking pattern is required, two separate HUB intercoms with eight wireless users each can be linked via the interface cable assembly (sold separately), doubling capacity to 16 full duplex wireless transceivers. Add a Wired Headset A dual pin jack on the Eartec HUB allows the addition of a wired headset (sold separately) extending the talk net to nine users (up to 16 wireless/2 wired headsets if you are using two HUBS connected with the linked interface cable assembly).
