I mainly bought this as a back-up to rotate with another head set I primarily use for watching movies ($50 one no longer in production).I didn't want to pay $100. I already own Bose ($350) which I exclusively use to listen to music ?. I owned Beats in the past, and my Bose one completely slam dunks Beats to death.So, I gave these new ? a shot and I gotta say I AM IMPRESSED.LOVE THE BASS ? especially in hip hop songs.You hear the singing crystal clear.Here are the downsides ?- it says they has noise cancelling headphones ?. It's 50% noise cancelling. Not 100%. If feels as though you are at a pool party where music is full blast. You take a dive into the deep part of the pool. You can somewhat still hear the sound, albeit muffled....but you can hear it. That's how it performs "noise cancelling ".My Bose, is 100% noise cancelling.With these ones, you will be aware of the noise around you. I primarily bought it for noise cancelling and I already know this headphones ? will not do that. And that is a bummer.- noise cancelling will eat up your battery life of the headsets. Not an issue I have with Bose.- songs with not much bass will sound a bit "flat". But again these are $50. And I'm splitting hairs with comparing to a $350 headphones.☆☆OVERALL ☆☆NOT BAD AT ALL FOR $50!!!FEEL comfortable gifting this to your kid or a teen family member that's on the phone alot watching YouTube or Tik tok. Like I said, it's crystal clear sound. They will enjoy these headphones ? with a 50+ hour watching/listen time.And as much I would be inclined to deduct a ☆due to a 50% noise cancelling function, I won't all because of the price of these head sets. You cannot ask for the moon, sun, star and galaxy when you pay $50. And I'm being realistic.If noise cancelling IS A MUST FOR YOU due to job, using the trains to travel, or an airplane....save $50 a month, until you reach $350 and buy Bose.If you just want a decent, mini sub-woofer headphones ? with crystal sound that doesn't break your bank, get this. But if you use these headphones ? for more than 5-6 hours, you will feel pressure around your ears ?.
