Yes, it works as advertised but definitely didn't impress me like I'd expect from Sennheiser. Sadly, I think the most impressive part is the fact that it comes with 4 different sizes of ear tips - I'm one who always has a hard time finding tips that fit comfortably when given only 3 options so the extra size really helped. Now, for the aspects that kept me from ranking these higher (in no particular order). I almost rated this a 2, but decided it works well enough to live with it...hence the "meh" rating right in the middle.- The microphone is sensitive to your head position...it works fine if you're sitting upright, looking straight ahead but people complain that my voice fades out if I move my head around or change position.- The USB dongle, which is required for Teams features, doesn't have very good range. It's good enough to wander around a decent-sized room but don't expect to be able to wander the house.- Pulling open the access port to plug in the USB cable for charging gets to be a nuisance. It should have wireless charging at this price point.- The cords are at an awkward length on me...long enough to sometimes get in the way or even loop around the body, which then tries to pull the bud out of my ear when I turn my head. I wish they were retractable, with detents to hold it every centimeter or so.- Active noise cancellation doesn't seem to do anything but introduce a slight buzz/hum. The tips themselves are the only real source of noise isolation.- The mute button is placed too close to the hang-up button!- Good luck remembering all the controls - every button has at least two functions depending on how many times you press it and/or how long you hold it down...and the associations aren't all intuitive.I work from home, and have for nearly a decade. I have searched high and low for a quality wireless Bluetooth headset that will connect to both my laptop softphone and cell phone. Each and every one has some type of defect.....noise cancelation issues, volume, voice clarity, range, works well for music but not calls or vice versa, etc, etc, etc.....and this one is no exception. It connected easily to both devices, and the sound for music from my iPhone is fantastic. Calls on my cell also sound great but I constantly get complaints about background noise. Also, the sound on my laptop via Zoom or Avaya softphone is terrible. I have to turn it up to the 80s to hear or be heard. And when connected to both devices, it automatically switched to my Apple Music as soon as a disconnect a call, which is a bit annoying when I’m trying to work. I will say the battery life is fantastic, and the neck band is comfortable to wear all day. I tried to like this headset, but unfortunately it’s just not for me.Overall, kinda disappointed on phone quality, for a business oriented headset, I have allot of people complaining about muted volume and background noise. Also, there is a noticeable buzz when starting up. I was not expecting that from this when I have had no complaints using a headset that is half the price. plus, why are we still using a micro usb? change to the USB-C.Well made and functions well.As noted, the microphone just doesn't work - it is only on one side of the neck piece, maybe it needs to be on both? But the other challenge is putting this thing on - it looks cool, but you need to put it around your neck, then plug the ear buds in, then... well too late to see any of the controls, cause you have to take it off your neck first and that means removing the ear buds. Unfortunately, this is not the normal Sennheiser (aka EPOS) equipment I'm used to.I bought them for my video conferences hoping that they will be better than my normal single earpiece headset. I always received comments that people couldn't hear me and that my voice was muffled. No matter what I did, the result was the same, I decided to spend a little more a Bose headset that was also meant to be used for Microsoft Teams. I kept them as my backup when I am home just wearing a T-shirt, because while wearing my suit or dress shirt, my voice was muffled.I like it but sometimes phone connection fails. The microphone quality is very poor - constant complaints that people cannot hear when i talk. Also, the APP for this product does not work.Sound quality is great, distance coverage is much better compared to 3 other wireless headsets I’ve used. Although occasionally it has issues with video which may not be caused by this headset but didn’t have this issue with the other 3. Conference calls are clear and because Teams certified means it works well.
