The access point has been great. We just installed in our church so we have only used it for a few weeks but it looks really clean on the wall because we eliminated a workgroup switch and a linksys router. Since it supports POE we were able to power the device via the cisco switch in our telco room. The device looks like a simple smoke detector on the wall.So far the performance is excellent. Our linksys kept having issues with multiple people accessing it at the same time. Connecting to this access point via iphones and ipads is very quick and browsing speeds are extremely quick. Additionally we are not getting any more dropped connections.This also supports multiple SSID's and multiple VLANS. So we can have guest access that connects on a different vlan then our internal systems. So guests cannot gain access to any protected devices or workstations.The only issue I had with the configuration was simply learning the interface. Other devices that I have configured in the past will let you make changes via the web interface and then you click submit or save to commit the changes to the device. This system will commit the change the same way, however you need to make another step and "save" the configuration to the device. This is similar to how a Cisco device works. It has a running config and a separate startup config. So just don't forget to save your configuration once you have everything setup.I like this product so much I'm buying another one now to place in another area in the church.
