Very good sound and noise cancelation.First, without the app and maybe in the future, I could rate this headphone a 5. When I first got them, they sounded great, but then came a app update, that for me and my hearing profile, made the soud too basey, the base withe the equalizer set across the middle, overpowers all other sound. I am sure I can correct this playing withe the settings, but I should not have to. I feel Sony is better than the app would make it seem. The only other negative is the touch controls and activating google assistant can be a little tricky and first. On a side note the seller just had to include a poor quality made in Chin cableComfortable to wear with excellent sound quality and noise canceling. Highly recommend.Great quality - no complaints but the MAJOR ISSUE is with the power button. I use these for flying and I also use a travel pillow. The power button position is such that it pushes up against the pillow and is constantly being turned off with any movement. Very frustrating! I am writing this review while flying because it just happens (although it happens many times on even a quick flight!). Good sound but Poor design! I wouldn’t buy these headphones again because of the issue.These are great. They’ll hook up to your iPhone or Android perfectly, but good luck getting them to sync up with a PC. I mean, Bluetooth will pick it up, but it shows up as an other than sound device. Now, you might think I’m a Luddite, but I know my way around tech. Believe me, save yourself the trouble. Sony doesn’t have updated drivers, there’s no app like on the portable devices, and there’s some some sound profile used by the headset, AD-something 2.0, I can’t remember at 3am, that is unsupported on my rig. So, if PC is your reason, this is not the season to buy this device.
