The device is more comfortable for me to wear over iPhone AirPods. The AirPods fall out all the time. On the negative others can hear the sound with these. On the positive, they don’t fall out or off my head. As long as my iPhone is in my pocket the reception is solid. Pretty much anything over about 15 feet the signal drops. Absolutely drops at 30 feet. I tried them at a football game where AirPods absolutely can’t compete with the outside noise and they worked to some extent as long as I put some ear protection into my ear holes. Since the sound passes through the bones in my ears they work. The volume controls work, but are little bit cumbersome. The sound quality is not excellent, but adequate for what I wanted these to do, such as mowing grass, sitting on a float in the pool, and at a football game. Battery life is adequate and the charging is very easy.I have been using the headphones for about a year now and while they are great 80-90% of the time, I keep having issues where the MP3 mode will just stop working. I only use these headphones for swimming laps and with the bluetooth feature not available when your head goes underwater (stupid physics) so when the MP3 mode doesn't work, well then I wasted 90 bucks. Sometimes the fix is to plug it back into the computer or wall to "recharge and reset" the headphones, but now that i'm just over a year of using it, they have decided that they don't like connecting to my computer either. With no company website for support on drivers for connecting the headphones to the computer or other methods to ask for help with figuring out why they aren't working, be careful. I'm debating on if this is worth enough to me to buy again or if I should look to competitors that I can get some assistance with this on.Overall, the lesson is, it may work it may not. When it works, it's awesome and I love them. When it doesn't work I want to throw them away and never deal with them again. More often than not it works, but if you are looking to buy these, I would be aware that you may need to get a second one if they break. They are basically little speakers that sit against your skin, but anyone sitting next to you can hear them unless you turn them really low, and then it's hard for you to hear them. I'll use them because I need waterproof headphones for when I'm in the pool and probably for when I'm biking so I can hear surrounding traffic. But I imagined true bone conducting would vibrate just against your skull and not disturb people around you. Other concerns are because they are loose and can't be molded to your head they will easily slip off when swimming unless you wear a cap.The pros: when the sound is jacked up the sound quality is really great! Battery life seems really good. The headphones functions as described. For the people who have trouble switching to mp3 mode : It is your mp3 file that is not readable. Not all mp3 files are alike. This device reads only certain types of mp3 files. Try reconverting your mp3 file using a file converter program, you can even do it online for free. Initially it would not read any of my files and after double clicking the function button , it would be stuck on bluetooth pairing. I reconverted my mp3 files to other mp3 files using a audio file converting program. Works great! The product was fine at first, I wish it fit a bit more snug around the head to really get a deep connection for that headphone to bone …i like the whole thing about it, doesn’t really move while running…fits good doesn’t dog in or come loose or anything. Unfortunately I’ve only used it about 4-6 times, nothing crazy, skip rope and running, and yesterday a discovered the center power button bulging out after having been carried in my gym bag that had a towel in it. I didn’t do anything crazy, didn’t slam my back. I was really enjoying them too, now it won’t even turn on or charge.I initially thought it was a good product but I did need to contact tech support to solve some issues. With knowledgeable and quick help from them, I resolved all but the biggest problem (see update below), some of which were mentioned in other reviews. When I purchased it, I thought I could use the bluetooth mode in the water. Turns out bluetooth does not penetrate water, so I resorted to the MP3 mode. When using with Apple gear to download songs for the MP3 function, you need to plug it in to the Mac and leave for a couple hours first before trying to delete or add songs. The MacOS does a Spotlight index when can take some time, during which you can't change the directory with adds/or removals of music. At first I had difficulty double clicking to get from Bluetooth to MP3 mode. Their tech support said the clicks had to be fast. So, turning it on with one click and letting it pair, starting a song in blue tooth and then doing a very fast double click works every time to activate the MP3.The underwater sound is very good, more than loud enough for me. I don't know how long the battery lasts but I've used the unit for 30 minutes and that did not seem to deplete the battery. After 30 minutes of use, it charges to full in 20 or so minutes. It's attractive, unobtrusive and works well submerged.Update: after 3 weeks, the unit stopped charging! I don’t know if it’s the cable or the unit. The cable is a unique magnetic design, not standard. So basically now useless!I just started using them and they're pretty impressive so far. I'm not yet sure how long the battery will last, but I guess I'll find out. I plugged them in to charge, but there's no indicator light as described in the manual. My only concern is that they'll fall off my ears as my ears are small. I've tried bending the ear piece to bring it closer to my ears for a snug fit, but not sure if it will work.I’ve now had a chance to use these headphones as an MP player while I swim. I am very pleased with this purchase. It was a little difficult at first to figure out how to download music and how to charge the headphones. I have definitely recommended this product to other people.Permite escuchar el medio ambiente mientras en el fondo esta la musica que me agrada al correr o nadarSound quality is poor (too much treble) compared to other products I used
