Delighted with my new replacement headset. I have had my Plantronics CS 50 for years and the headset was falling apart but everything else was working fine so I was very happy to discover that I could order just the headset. The first one they sent me would not charge so I contacted them and they sent me another one right away and it is perfect. One thing to note is the earpiece did not come with it, however mine was still good so just snapped it on and am using it. They should not show the headset with the ear piece if it does not ship with it. I did not deduct a star for that as they were so quick to replace the first one.
