Got this for my assistant. She didn't like the one that wrapped behind her ear due to it interfering with her glasses.Fits well, is comfortable and has a decent range. Be aware that the range is affected by line of site, once around a few corners in an office it can get spotty.Tried using this in a home office with an AT&T two-line phone from Office Depot. Had terrible loud humming interference problems. Called Plantronics support and they said my phone model was incompatible, so I tried a Panasonic phone from their "product configurator" list at plantronics.com. And still had the humming. Some chat rooms say this could be due to too many electrical devices around. It did seem to be sensitive to my ceiling fan but not consistently.So I am not sure what the problem was and had to return it since my 30-day window had run out. Too bad, people said the sound quality was great when it was not humming. Before I replace it, I am going to call Plantronics support again and find out what kind of phone + headset to buy.It works perfectly and keeps my hands free. Great buy. 4 stars because it gets a little heavy after an hourIt’s fine, not great. It requires the handset lifter and if I knew that I wouldn’t have purchased it. The lifter doesn’t fit my phone well so it’s essentially not even able to be used.We bought 2 of the CS510 to replace the CS50 units. Although the earpiece part is a little larger than the CS50, it is much more comfortable on your ear. We can hear much better with the CS510 headset. The mouthpiece part is also on a type of wire so it is adjustable for talking. Very comfortable to wear and stays in place well.Bought these for our office. I love being handsfree, and feel like I'm so much more efficient now that I'm not constantly holding the phone with one hand. Comfortable to wear, and can hear really well!Installation to desk phone was fairly easy.I love this headset. The sound is so much better than my normal phone handset. Plus it is so comfortable that I sometimes forget I even have it on. I love the freedom it gives me to walk around, just use my computer and take notes easier when I am on the phone with a cutomerWorks great.
